headed out early this morning to warner rd but the ice had opened up almost 2 feet close to shore followed other people to 2 other locations at matlock to get on but the same thing open crack.headed back to warner and walked 1/2 mile on and caught 4 fish. there were alot of quads out.it looke like a few trucks were coming down at the parking lot at chalet. the ice seemed firmer than last weekend .my brotherinlaw went to balsam bay and drove on there.he said there were two trucks stuck in the ice.they drove about 4 miles out.
